1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using KampusCart ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

KampusCart is a multi-vendor marketplace that connects buyers and sellers within Nigerian educational institutions. The Platform facilitates transactions between users but is not a party to any agreement between buyers and sellers.

3. Vendor Terms

As a vendor on KampusCart, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information about your products and school affiliation
  • Fulfill orders in a timely manner
  • Maintain accurate inventory levels
  • Not list prohibited or illegal items
  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly
  • Comply with all applicable Nigerian laws and regulations
  • Pay applicable platform fees (if any)

4. Buyer Terms

As a buyer on KampusCart, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate delivery information
  • Complete payment for orders placed
  • Not misuse the platform or harass vendors
  • Communicate respectfully with vendors

5. Prohibited Items

The following items are strictly prohibited on KampusCart:

  • Illegal drugs and substances
  • Weapons and ammunition
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Stolen property
  • Adult content or materials
  • Any item prohibited by Nigerian law

6. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed securely through Paystack. KampusCart charges a platform fee on completed transactions (if applicable). Fees will be clearly disclosed before listing. Vendors can withdraw their earnings subject to the payout schedule.

7. Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute between a buyer and seller, we encourage users to resolve the matter directly. If a resolution cannot be reached, KampusCart may mediate at its discretion. All disputes shall be governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

8. Limitation of Liability

KampusCart is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or transaction disputes.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Users may delete their accounts at any time.
